Certified in the following evidenced based practices, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Trained in Motivational Interviewing, Solution focused therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
I specialized in providing Individual therapy to young adults, adults and older adults experiencing the following disorders; Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, and Grief and Loss.
